As a Human Resources Coordinator , you will serve as coordinate and help execute all activities of the Learning & Organizational Development and Communications teams. You’ll work closely with administrative professionals throughout the organization to arrange numerous meetings, small and large scale events, and company-wide initiatives. No two days will be the same, as you divide your time between various support tasks. As a member of the HR team, you’ll lead by example, embracing our company core values, “Our Burlington” philosophy, and performing your role with a high level of integrity at all times. Your abilities to multitask, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and effectively communicate and collaborate with partners while remaining organized and efficient will be critical to the successful day-to-day operations of the HR team.
Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support for the senior HR team members (scheduling/calendar management, answering phones, preparing meeting materials/presentations, conference call/virtual meeting coordination, send/receive correspondence, etc.)

  • Assist with large and small scale meeting and event planning to include creation of project plan, name tags and handouts, coordination of catering and beverage service; and collecting survey data following events.

  • Serve as main point of contact for Employee Assistance Fund.

  • Create Power Point presentations, Excel reports, project plans, and other documents.

  • Oversee logistics and planning for various Burlington programs including on-campus and off-campus events.

  • Oversee weekly administration of associate appreciation program (BRAG) with relevant business partners.

  • Support monthly budgeting and accrual process.

  • Manage PTO requests and process weekly timesheets.

  • Administrative support as needed.

Candidates must have 2-5 years of experience supporting multiple managers or business units. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other Microsoft Office programs. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Office Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
