This position is accountable for the strategic direction and oversight of all Supply Chain operational and statistical reporting including (but not limited to) Corporate SC, Distribution, and Logistics. This position is ultimately responsible for leading the team that manages all Supply Chain and Logistics operational data, and ensuring this data is captured and used appropriately. The position will provide thought leadership and initiate efforts throughout the Supply Chain organization to enhance the utilization of data to support sound business decisions through rigorous analysis and report generation. The position will also ensure comprehensive controls are designed to ensure the accuracy of all reporting.

Some of the general responsibilities include:

• Provide oversight and leadership in setting the data strategy, gathering business requirements from various areas of the enterprise, and using them to develop appropriate and meaningful tools, analysis and reporting to drive the business.

• Lead the efforts to design and develop various database applications and analytical tools for tracking, analyzing and reporting throughout the enterprise.

• Provide operational support through problem solving activities and data analysis.

• Work with leadership and business partners on one-off special projects

Our ideal candidate would have a f our-year degree with a Business, Data Science, or similar field of study and an MBA would be preferred and 8-10 years of experience leadership and analytics experience and distribution experience preferred.

• Ability to take large amounts of data and analyze and structure it to identify trends and effectively communicate findings to senior leadership.

• Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with extreme proficiency in Excel.

• Ability to create and maintain complex data models.

• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
