Burlington Facilities Project Manager in Burlington, New Jersey

LOCATION 1830 Route 130 North Burlington NJ US 08016

The Facilities Project Manager position is the strategic planning, management, and supervision of facilities capital projects at all corporate locations as well as Burlington distribution centers and warehouses on both the east and west coasts.

  • Direct oversight of all corporate capital initiatives from the planning stage to close out

  • Develop schedules, project resources and work plans

  • Develop and maintain project budget providing regular forecast updates to finance and senior management

  • Assist in the design development with consultants and senior facilities team

  • Collaborate with finance teams on budget projections, forecasts, and appropriate project funding

  • Work with sourcing and legal teams on RFP development, bid leveling and award process

  • Working with facilities and IT, determine long lead items, and create pre-purchased materials list

  • Manage work and inputs from internal staff, GC / subcontractors, and consultants

  • Review and process all change orders, invoicing, and applications for payment in conjunction with project budget and funding

  • As required, collaborate with landlords for adherence to lease work letters and building rules and regulation.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project from design to close out

  • Proficient use of project management software such as Microsoft Project

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively

  • Experience effectively leading project teams (internal or external)

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture and a minimum of 8+ years of project management in a corporate office environment
