The HR Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support and coordination of HR activities to senior HR leadership at Burlington including communications at all levels of all types. This position has access to and regularly works with sensitive information and projects of a time sensitive nature. The scope and complexity of this position is such that the HR Coordinator is regularly dealing with diverse matters that require substantive knowledge of the HR area of responsibility. This is a highly visible position with interaction with Senior Leaders.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works with time sensitive information. Exercises tact, diplomacy and discretion in written and verbal communications.

  • Manage expense reports and budget

  • Exercises discretion and freedom to act in handling a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the HR area of support.

  • Create PowerPoint presentations including charts, graphs and importing and exporting of critical data

  • Create and maintain calendars, schedule activities and meetings

  • Arrange programs and meetings by arranging for facilities and catering, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling meeting budget.

  • Other administrative and HR project related duties as assigned by manager

Those with at least 3 years of HR Coordinator or Executive Administrative experience will strongly be considered for the role. We would like to see at least 3 years of experience in an HR support role working with multiple calendar management and scheduling. Proven ability to meet deadlines, effectively convey information, prioritize work and multi-task. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
