Overview

Join Burlington’s Corporate Human Resources team as an HR Executive Coordinator! The HR Executive Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Corporate HR, as well as the Corporate HR department as a whole.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Corporate HR department

• Maintain accurate company organizational charts as well as tracking all corporate status changes and completing payroll adjustments as required

• Manage calendar and coordinate small and large scale meetings/activities and send any necessary communications on behalf of the SVP of Corporate HR

• Coordinate travel arrangements (flights/hotel/car rental) and manage monthly expense reports

• Track associates Paid Time Off and manage edits weekly in the timekeeping system

• Create and edit business correspondence, presentations, project plans, reports and analytical data

• Prepare and distribute monthly associate service recognition certificates

• Assist with inquiries and provide information to internal and external clients related to HR policies and procedures

• Positively demonstrate the company’s Core Values by developing trust and respect among peers and management, working in teams and partnering with others through collaborative work ethics, and driving business results by placing a high priority on detail and accuracy to successfully complete all tasks

• Support HR projects as assigned as well as assist with HR programs throughout the company

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting multiple managers or business units

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree

• High level of integrity and the demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner

• Exceptional time management, prioritization, organizational, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail. Prompt in responding to issues with the ability to operate under pressure and to be very flexible at all times, including reprioritizing when necessary

• Ability to deliver effective results and meet tight deadlines and targets

• Ability to make sound business decisions

• Strong problem solving skills; must be proactive and take initiative and have the ability to work independently

• Strong interpersonal/people skills; ability to establish and build partnerships with all levels of management and business partners

• Must have superior communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create and edit business correspondence

• Must have strong computer skills preferably in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly master new systems and software applications

• Workday, Concur, and/or Success Factors experience a plus
