Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Systems, the HRIS Specialist will support the Talent Systems team by providing administrative support for Workday Learning, Workday Talent/Performance, and iCIMS Recruiting systems. The specialist will support the Talent Systems Analysts with day-to-day support of the operational processes supporting the recruiting processes, performance management, development, and learning needs of Burlington associates.

Responsibilities:

  • Processes and responds to Service Now inquiries and associate questions/issues through email correspondence

  • Develops and produces reporting to support business requests on a daily/weekly basis (Payroll payback report, training compliance, etc.)

  • Responsible for security roles and user access permissions such as password resets, access to profiles, and other modules

  • Supports the Talent Systems Analyst by assigning relevant content, which includes publishing eLearning content and scheduled course offerings and appropriate use of programs and campaigns

  • Assigns LMS content to users, record and reconcile classroom rosters and item completion status.

  • Supports the TMS performance management process by assisting associates/managers with performance related questions.

  • Supports the Talent Acquisition team by troubleshooting hire failures, responding to candidate and associate questions

  • Provides assistance and support to end users, responds to inquiries, and performs troubleshooting activities for all areas of the Talent Systems team

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or Business related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in system administration and/or IT systems role and/or HR.

  • Performs work quickly, accurately, and thoroughly.

  • Defines problems, collects data, establishes facts and draws valid conclusions.

  • Performs preliminary analytics

  • Proficient in excel (pivot, vlookup, chart/visual presentations, etc.)

  • Prioritizes appropriately while multi-tasking various assignments.

  • Partners with all levels of associates at all levels of the organization.

  • Self-starter who works successfully independently and as a contributing member of teams.

  • Hands-on experience with talent, learning, and/or recruiting management systems administration, ideally including new system implementation and system maintenance. Experience with Workday or iCIMS preferred.

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
