The Human Resources Compliance Coordinator will work closely with the Regional HR Managers, Store Management and Corporate

HR departments to ensure compliance in areas related to employment eligibility including the Form I-9 and E-Verify, WOTC (Work Opportunity Tax Credit) and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Part Time Leave Administration. This role will also provide general administrative support for the Stores HR department.


  • Positively demonstrate the company’s Core Values by developing trust and respect among peers and management, working in teams and partnering with others through collaborative work ethics, and driving business results by placing a high priority on detail and accuracy to successfully complete all tasks

  • Create and maintain documents for compliance programs (Form I-9, E-Verifty, WOTC, ADA)

  • Create and edit correspondence, presentations, reports and analytical data

  • Communicate with the Field and Store Managers regarding program compliance

  • Work on various HR compliance projects as assigned

  • Assist with other HR functions throughout the company

Our perfect candidate would have experience supporting multiple managers or business unites, preferably in retail. Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human resources, with 2-3 years of professional work experience. Candidates must have a high level of integrity, ability to handle confidential information, strong time management skills, problem solving skills and customer service. Experience in Microsoft Office is a plus!
