Burlington Lease Admin Coordinator in Burlington, New Jersey

As a Lease Administration Coordinator, under the Supervision of the Lease Administration Manger, you will be responsible for assisting in all areas of responsibilities to manage the financial Burlington / Landlord / Tenant (Licensee) relationships for over 600 retail locations from lease inception through termination.
Financial / Rent Compliance
Generate, analyze and process the monthly rent roll of approximately 30 Million Dollars
Oversee the collection of Rent & Additional Rent, including but not limited to Common Area Maintenance, Real Estate Tax, Insurance, Utility, etc.
Generate, analyze and process all non-recurring payments for percentage rent, real estate taxes, Cam, utilities, etc. Analyze and research all tenant invoicing including the preparation of all bills for Tenant / Licensee reimbursement
Review and prepare all Landlord invoicing for any expenses incurred by Burlington
Maintain company vendor and GL code information in the Lease Administration software
Ensure all processed invoices and new leases comply with company policies and Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
Prepare, analyze, reconcile and distribute GL & accounting reports to include but limited to the monthly receivable, accrual and rent income accounts. Identify GL coding errors and work with internal partners to rectify.
Validate Pro Rata Share allocations and category reimbursements
Assist in maintaining the Department’s vendors in accordance with SOX compliance
Review, maintain and report all Burlington and Tenant sales data and determine % rent liability
Assist with departmental reports as necessary
Scan and index all lease related documents in electronic file as necessary
Identify, execute and/or support PIC initiatives including the automation of duties within the Lucernex System.
Responds to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner, maintaining professional and courteous relationship with coworkers and landlords
Special projects as needed
Associates must have a Associates degree or equivalent work experience
Skills and Abilities:
• Good negotiation skills
• Strong customer service Landlord/Tenant relation skills
• Understanding of Building/Facility Operations
• Work closely with principals of Burlington and the Landlord offices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Word and Excel.
• Experience with Lucernex preferred.
• Experience with Service Channel and Oracle preferred.
