The Manager Digital Media Strategy will have full responsibility and accountability for the strategic development and execution of all Burlington digital programmatic media plans with an eye towards measurable ROI.   • Lead the development of Burlington’s Always On and Seasonal digital strategies including programmatic, mobile, desktop, paid social and video

  • Oversee the planning of all Burlington’s paid social efforts across all appropriate platforms and exhibit a strong understanding of organic social strategies

  • Serve as the primary liaison to the creative development team and take responsibility for timely delivery of all assets for all digital media campaigns

  • Full responsibility for the continued implementation, utilization and expansion of Burlington’s DMP and Onboarding platforms including but not limited to coordinating updates, creating targeting segments and reporting results

  • Serve as the primary contact to our internal eCommerce team providing guidance and direction on search, PLA and other online revenue driving strategies

  • Provide on-going, formal thought leadership on emerging technologies, trends and innovation in the rapidly evolving and increasingly dynamic digital space

  • Independently manage from start to finish ad hoc projects related to digital strategy, buying execution, data management, cross-media interaction, attribution, technology solutions, cross-team learning and results analysis


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 6 + years of experience in the digital programmatic media field with agency experience preferred

  • Ability to travel to New York an average of 1 – 2x per month

  • Superior skills with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint

  • Experience operating in Demand Side and Data Management Platforms a strong plus

  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in completing projects quickly from start to finish
