This Manager of Digital Marketing will be a key player in the strategy and will manage the process of developing our marketing and advertising collateral. They will be responsible with creating an actionable content messaging strategy in partnership with the marketing/ media team, merchants, creative and production under the guidance of the Advertising Director. This manager should be a proven self-starter who can work towards high-level goals while keeping on top of details. The success of this leader will be measured in sales impact and engagement improvements.

Define and drive sales, store/online traffic and other success metrics for Digital marketing space inclusive of display, social, and other digital content
Be merchandise expert for GMM pyramids and accountable for the accurate and comprehensive integration of merchandise priorities into all digital communications efforts
Lead alignment efforts across media, creative, ecom and partnership/PR teams
Manage the professional development of social media specialist and content coordinator
Development, execution & internal communication of seasonal digital messaging strategy
Assess performance of campaigns, and continually work to document what resonates with consumers and integrate learning to improve performance
Manage weekly and seasonal editorial calendar ensuring issue content is on brand, balanced and in keeping with broader seasonal message and objectives
Ensure compliance to legal and internal guidelines across all media
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years experience in a multi-channel marketing, advertising, merchandising or planning role; agency experience a strong plus.
Ability to develop and manage multiple high-priority campaigns simultaneously in a fast paced environment
Strong leadership skills and comfort working with VP level merchants and other senior stakeholders
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic messaging campaigns
Ability to travel 10-15% (monthly travel to New York and quarterly to other parts of the US)
