Do you have at least 8 years of multi-unit facilities maintenance experience, ideally in a retail setting, with 4+ years in a team management role? Are you a motivational leader, with the ability to grow and develop a team? Do you possess a strong sense of urgency and solid technical understanding of trades involved with repairs and maintenance? As a Manager of Store Facilities, you’ll manage a team of Territory Facilities Specialists, who support the facilities needs of our stores nationwide through the management of vendors and work orders. Working closely with your team to enhance service delivery for stores, you’ll reduce expense and improve efficiencies, while ensuring a positive customer and associate experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage a team of Territory Facilities Specialists

  • Ensure effective and timely servicing of the day to day facilities needs of our stores

  • Develop & implement processes to improve service delivery to the stores

  • Assist in development of expense/capital budgets; manage performance against budget

  • Develop reporting tools to assist in management of services

  • Participate in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to improve facilities programs and drive positive results

  • Assist in the management of RFPs, bids, and vendor selection for store maintenance

  • Provide vendor performance assessment and implement improvement on quality responsiveness and invoice compliance

  • Act as the Facilities Department single point of contact for Field leadership for issue resolution

  • Manage and participate night and weekend on call process per regular rotation

  • Occasional travel required

  • Perform special projects as assigned

Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 8 years of multi-unit facilities maintenance experience, ideally in a retail setting, and 4+ years in a team management role. Service Channel program knowledge/experience strongly preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required ; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
