Overview
We are growing and with growth comes expansion of our Real Estate team! Bring your experience to Burlington Stores, Inc. as a Real Estate Services Coordinator!

The Real Estate Systems Coordinator is responsiblefor assisting with the continued improvement, development and integrity of the Lucernex software system. Partnering and coordinating with real estate, legal, construction, facilities, finance, planning, internal audit, store operations and various other teams across the company as well as external brokers and vendors to ensure appropriate and efficient system utilization. Supporting the Manager of Real Estate Systems with the integration of departmental workflow processes, training, membership management, report building, organization management updates and reporting structures including schedule templates, milestone creation and approved user security access.

Responsibilities include:

  • Adding New Members/Users into Lucernex and Membership Management

  • Request SAML Account Creation for new users via SailPoint

  • Create new and modify existing memberships in Lucernex

  • Member profile management, updates to user class, job titles, phone numbers

  • Assist various departments with changes in workflow assignments and change order workflow updates to continuously streamline processes and build efficiencies

  • Assist users with requests for new reports and provide guidance on end-user data management while maintaining report data integrity. Archiving and Purging obsolete reports while cataloging and backing-up system critical reports

  • Work with Internal Audit maintaining and updating Internal Control Reviews

  • Report System Issues: Log system issues within the Accruent Support application and follow up until issues are resolved keeping management informed with status updates as appropriate

  • Daily prioritizing of all issues and action plans

  • Special Projects as required

Education:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to work effectively with little or no supervision

  • Highly organized and skilled with time management

  • High energy and professional attitude

  • Integrity, passion, and a positive work ethic

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Word and Excel

  • Experience with Lucernex preferred or other IWMS Project Life Cycle System
