Overview

Burlington is seeking a bi-lingual Social Media Community Management Specialist to be an integral member of the marketing team. This person will be the voice of the brand on social media bringing Burlington to life online by creating human relationships with existing and prospective customers and fans, encouraging our fans to be enthusiastic brand advocates, and influencing our positive brand reputation.
Responsibilities:

The position will report to the Director of social media (organic) & web content marketing and will help to provide a best-in-class customer experience across Burlington’s social channels to encourage social engagement and enhance brand reputation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Managing the day-to-day volume of English and Spanish language brand responses across all organic, influencer and paid social channels, as well as local listing sites such as Google My Business, Yelp, etc.

  • Publishing content across social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube)

  • Understanding and analyzing the sentiment of the brand across the social landscape and identifying key trends to help enhance the customer experience in working with the marketing and customer experience teams. Additionally, work to develop sentiment analysis reports for leadership

  • Identifying inspiring User Generated Content (UGC) for brand to repurpose

  • Inserting the brand into organic social/influencer conversations

  • Flagging when issues arise and informing key stakeholders

  • Assisting in the creation of social content for IG Reels and TikTok primarily

  • Assisting the Social team and Director as needed

Our ideal candidate would have 1 to 3 years of social media marketing and bi-lingual REQUIRED .
