Responsible for analysis, implementation and ongoing administration of compensation programs. Leads administration of Equity Compensation Programs. This role will also provide support on projects and program execution in partnership with the Compensation team. All candidates must have a proven analytical background as the role also requires regulatory reporting, census reporting & cost analysis to be provided to Senior Management.
Support Total Rewards philosophy by administering and managing Compensation programs and execution with focus on executive compensation.
Provide compensation analyses in support of the HR team, senior leaders, and stakeholders.
In partnership with the Compensation team, facilitate the year end Annual Compensation Planning Cycle.
Effectively support and manage reporting of executive compensation information for Compensation Committee meetings.
Partner with Finance and Legal in providing year end compensation information on select individuals for reporting purposes
Enhance and maintain the operation, administration, and governance of executive compensation programs and work with external vendor to manage the process
Responsible for technology projects involving compensation data and equity processes.
Act as central point of contact for all executive total rewards including compensation, benefits and perquisites. This includes working with internal departments as well as external clients in managing and answering all inquiries
Provide benchmarking information and recommendations as needed
Keep informed of trends in compensation and advise as needed on marketplace and regulatory developments
Collaborate with Human Resources, Accounting, Legal, Technology, and other internal stakeholders.
Lead and/or perform other related activities as necessary
Candidates must have at minimum a Bachelor’s degree , preferably with a concentration in Business. 3-5 years of relevant compensation experience. Advanced in Microsoft Excel, specifically experienced in data manipulation and other Microsoft Office programs is required. CCP or CEP certification preferred
