As a Stores Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be an important member of the Corporate Talent Acquisition team, assisting our stores in the selection and hiring process for store non-exempt associates. You’ll use your exceptional time management, organizational and communication skills, along with keen attention to detail as you track current openings, interact with candidates in the pipeline, and close out candidates and/or positions that have been filled. You’ll need to be flexible and think on your feet as you handle time sensitive, unpredictable, and sometimes stressful situation. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, as well as the Director of Field Recruiting, to help move candidates through the recruiting process while maintaining “best in class” customer service standards. You will enjoy a flexible schedule with the potential to work from home/remote on occasion after completing an initial four-week training program at our corporate office in Florence, NJ.
Create and maintain accurate and applicable job requisitions and post jobs for the field organization within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Review applications on a daily basis within the ATS to determine and take the next step(s) required in the process (Complete Application, Assessments, WOTC, Schedule Interview, etc)
Schedule interviews between candidates and the appropriate hiring managers within the field organization in a timely manner, adhering to Service Level standards
Follow up, when necessary, to understand the status of interviews and help complete next steps to best support the hiring process for each candidate
Submit background checks and process new hires within specified systems
Help support electronic onboarding
Maintain awareness of the day to day process, to ensure all details are covered and corresponding data is entered into the system(s)
Oversee the integrity of the overall staffing process for the field organization within the Center of Excellence initiative, ensuring all documented and agreed upon steps are executed as intended for the candidate, as well as the business
PLEASE NOTE: Eligible candidates must live within a reasonable driving distance from our corporate office in Florence, NJ. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
