Burlington Warehouse Team Lead - All Shifts Available - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus in Burlington, New Jersey

Hourly rate: $19.50-$24.50/hour with potential for:

  • additional performance-based rate increases

  • Special attendance incentive to receive an additional $2/hour

  • Shift incentive to receive an additional $1/hour*

As a Team Lead for our Inventory Control, Flat Breakdown, Pallet Loop, Quality Verification and Control, Receiving, Receiving Control Office, Shipping Sorter Operator, Shipping, Ticketing, Trouble, Vendor Verification and Compliance, Quality Audit, Seeding or Special Processing team you will be responsible for ensuring your team members are implementing company safety standards, while conducting their work efficiently, effectively and accurately in order to meet or exceeding established productivity goals. You will lead by example, performing all job duties with a high degree of expertise while helping bring our company Core Values and Our Burlington philosophy to life for your team to create a positive, welcoming environment where associates feel supported, respected, and appreciated.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities of team members in conjunction with and in absence of supervisor.

  • Train new team members in job duties to standards.

  • Produce daily production report.

  • Ability to use RF (radio Frequency) technology.

  • Ability to perform same duties and responsibilities as team members.

  • Expert knowledge of company safety standards and guidelines in order to ensure team members maintain compliance with those standards.

Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays as required. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more and the ability to stand for extended periods of time.

*Please note, new associates must remain employed for a minimum of 90 days to be eligible to receive the $1,000 Sign-On Bonus. Sign-On Bonus will be paid following 90th day of employment. Rehires (except those rehires who previously received a sign-on bonus) are eligible to receive the $1,000 Sign-On Bonus.. Bonus is subject to taxes and other required withholdings.

Non-exempt associates will receive an additional $2/hour for all hours worked for any work week when they work 37 hours or more per week during the duration of this incentive. The incentive will be paid as a lump sum (subject to taxes and other withholdings), at the end of the incentive period, and you must be an active associate at the time of payout in order to receive the incentive payment.**

*All 2nd and 3rd shift non-exempt associates will receive an additional $1/hour for all hours worked during the duration of this incentive.**

All incentives are based on business need and may be stopped at any time.
