Come join our growing team at Burlington as a Business Analyst (Field Service)!
This position will assist the IT Field Service team and will be the local point of contact for Burlington business partners and third-party vendors as well as incident escalation. This professional must have a firm understanding and working knowledge of field service/ store development duties within a retail environment. Must be able to work well with management team. Ability to communicate and work with technical and non-technical staff to resolve and drive issues.
The position will review technical drawings, create action plans, manage and coordinate store development projects including: new stores, remodels, relocations, refreshes, special projects, closings and telecom support activates.
This position is dedicated to identifying, researching, and resolving complex technical problems. Creates and manages escalation procedures and ensures service levels are maintained. Documents, tracks, and monitors problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner. Should be an independent, self-starter with ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
Education and Qualifications:
High School diploma required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or appropriate related field preferred
Experience:
5-7 years’ work experience in related retail environment.

Good technical knowledge of current network hardware and standards.
