Our equipment coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely management of equipment assets coming in and out of IT stock areas, incidents relating to asset movement and the processing of IT invoices for payment. He or she will coordinate and interact not only within the department, but with organizational departments and vendors. Time management, attention to detail, prompt attention to requests, and initiative to follow through on open items are critical for the success of this role. In addition, this role will assist in other special projects as required.

Processing of equipment received from Stores and Corporate locations. Processing equipment received from vendors, new and repaired returns. Updating purchasing receipts and updating Asset
Processing, logging and storing electronic copies of IT invoices.
Updating Asset Management system when assets are shipped to Stores, Corporate locations or Vendors.
Responding to email queries or problems, updating incidents related to asset movement and record corrections.
Monitoring exception reports and correcting errors or resolving issues.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Great communication skills
Oracle purchasing experience a plus.
