As a Director of Operations Support, you will lead your territory, providing direction and accountability in order to ensure operations goals are being met. You’ll be tasked with implementing the strategy and providing the blueprint for success to execute our company objectives and leading your team to successfully reach goals. Your ability to create a process driven environment where you evaluate data in order to measure success and make adjustments to improve performance will be critical to our ability to achieve success and drive sales.
Work closely with Store, Regional, Territory and Corporate Partners to ensure proper communication and implementation of company goals and objectives.
Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures are executed and, when necessary, generate work plans to correct any compliance issues.
Measure success and continuously identify areas of opportunity for improvement to ensure consistent service and operational standards.
Lead the development and execution of sales and profit objectives, daily operations, staff .selection, training and development, loss prevention, inventory management, expense control and adherence to all company guidelines and procedures.
Develop and direct company inventory control and shrink strategies and priorities, in conjunction with Asset Protection team.
Analyze all financial reports for retail operations and review all financial measurements to ensure achievement of financial goals and control expenses.
Manage new store and remodel projects in conjunction with the corporate construction department and the Senior Vice President for the territory.
Direct and continuously improve store operations to meet company objectives for operational excellence.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management or related field and at least 10 years of Retail Operations Management experience within a multi-site environment. Candidates should be comfortable utilizing Microsoft Office programs and be familiar with computerized reporting software. Travel is required to all markets within designated Territory
