Our Planning and Allocation teams work side-by-side with our merchants to analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities, ensure our stores are always stocked with great products, and make recommendations to maximize the profitability of our assortments.

A Hybrid Model You’ll Love

For most associates, we now have a hybrid work schedule that combines working from home and working in the office. Additionally, each and EVERY Friday, our Corporate, Buying, Planning, and Supply Chain teams are encouraged to complete their workday at 1pm to get a head start on their weekend.
