In 2014, we completed construction and moved into our new corporate headquarters in Florence, New Jersey that highlights our team-centric culture, colorful aesthetics and open workspaces. Our work environments forge a strong identity and reinforce our corporate culture by:

  • Designing modern meeting and event spaces to foster collaboration
  • Providing ample associate parking as well as visitor and expectant mother parking and car charging stations
  • Supporting wellness with on-site fitness centers, healthy food choices and associate events that support better health.

In fact, we’re growing and expanding so rapidly that we recently began construction on an additional building on our New Jersey Corporate Campus! The additional building will provide more state-of-the-art workspaces where our team can continue to thrive!

We are continually enhancing our learning programs to ensure that our associates are growing in their careers. Whether it's an online eLearning course, lunch & learn information sessions, an internal mentorship program, or an instructor-led classroom session, we are dedicated to providing associates with the experiences, materials, and training they need to have a long and successful career.

Leading @ Burlington (L@B) is a leadership growth and development program for corporate, supply chain and distribution center supervisors, managers and directors. This engaging program runs year-round with new learning themes introduced every series/season. The learning themes focus on strengthening our leadership competencies found in Burlington’s Leadership Competency Model. Each L@B series is different and has a blended learning approach to include instructor-led sessions, eLearning courses, publication sharing, leadership tips, podcasts and more!
