Every Friday our Corporate, Buying, Planning, and Supply Chain teams can complete their workday at 1pm.

Store Development
The Store Development team leads the path for our new stores, downsizes and remodel programs. Within our Store Development team, the Real Estate and Architecture teams coordinate and execute the designs, plans, and specifications to ensure consistent execution of projects and cross-department collaboration in support of numerous company initiatives.
Merchandising
Our Buying teams in our New York City, California, and New Jersey buying offices analyze and set trends, make bold choices, find great buys, and make deals in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Whether you’re an experienced merchant or you are looking to start your career, your role will be crucial in filling our stores with quality merchandise that our customers love.
Information Technology
Our IT and Technology teams work with the latest technologies in a goal-oriented environment. Our mission is to support, collaborate and enable our stores, distribution centers and business units to drive growth through innovative, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.
Human Resources
Our Human Resources team acts as true partners within the business to optimize people, strategy, structure and process, while supporting the Burlington culture and Core Values. Our General HR team and additional HR operations teams such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits; and Learning & Development, each support all of Burlington by ensuring we follow the organization's business results, philosophy, overall mission.
Stores and Asset Protection
Our Asset Protection Team focuses on the physical protection and safety of our store’s customers, associates, merchandise, and physical structures. As business partners, we work closely with our field, corporate and distribution center teams. We recently stood up a brand-new Burlington Response and Investigation Center Command Center (BRIC), a premier security operations center to support our rapidly growing field team with a wide range of incident intake and response output.
Finance
Our Finance team partners with business units and is responsible for financial and operational aspects of accounting operations, Accounts Payable, Internal Audit and other financial functions. The finance team promotes a culture of integrity, encourages professional development, and provides career path options both within the department and into Burlington's various business units.
Supply Chain
Our Supply Chain teams support our corporate partners and distribution centers in New Jersey and California and feature the latest intelligent software, supply chain technology, and cutting-edge processes. These teams work closely with partners in information technology, planning and allocation, imports, and logistics to get products to our stores in a timely and safe manner
