Our Corporate and Supply Chain associates are plugged into our off-price model, and every team member is focused on driving our business. We host various events throughout the year, both virtually and in-person, for our associates.

A Hybrid Model You’ll Love

When COVID-19 hit, we adopted a work from home model for our corporate and supply chain associates. After more than two years of working from home, beginning in Summer 2022, we are launching a transitional and voluntary hybrid work schedule that combines working in the office with working from home, for most associates.

The health and safety of our associates and customers is our top priority. As we continue to monitor the public health situation, these guidelines and the timing of this work approach may be updated and are subject to change.

Fridays Your Way, All Year Long

Each and EVERY Friday, our Corporate, Buying, Planning, and Supply Chain teams are encouraged to complete their workday at 1pm to get a head start on their weekend.

Growing Your Career at a Growing Off-Price Retailer

Burlington offers two year-round programs to support the growth and development of our associates:

  • Growing @ Burlington (G@B): a program that supports corporate and supply chain individual contributors as they grow and develop in their current role, and prepare for a potential next step in their career
  • Leading @ Burlington (L@B): a program that supports our corporate, supply chain, and DC people leaders as they grow and develop their leadership skills

These engaging programs run all year-round with new learning themes introduced every series and season. The learning themes focus on strengthening our leadership competencies found in Burlington’s Leadership Competency Model. Each series is different and has a blended learning approach to include instructor-led sessions, eLearning courses, publication sharing, leadership tips, podcasts and more!
